It is a complex mixture of polysaccharides and glycoproteins that is used primarily in the food industry as a stabilizer.It has both granular and spray dry two kinds.With great viscosity and high purity,this product is applicable to the fields of printing, foods, medicines, cosmetics, and pigments.
